Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Reviowl ("the Service"), operated by Reviowl (sole proprietorship)("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Reviowl helps local businesses request Google reviews and re-engage customers via SMS and email on automated schedules. You are responsible for the content of your campaigns and for having a lawful basis to contact the people you upload.

2. Your responsibilities

You confirm that every contact you add has given you permission to message them, or that you otherwise have a lawful basis to do so. You must not use the Service for spam, unlawful, misleading, or harassing messages. You must honor opt-outs (we also enforce them automatically).

3. Plans, trials & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Free trials convert to paid only if you add a payment method; otherwise they simply end. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use & suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, generate excessive spam complaints, or put deliverability or third parties at risk.

5. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (e.g. Twilio, Google, Stripe, email providers). Your use must also comply with their terms and applicable messaging regulations (such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM and TCPA).

6. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
